Pack: [[Exculpation]]
## Character Notes
You like knowing where you fit into a team. Sure, in this case, that team is a pack of blood-psychopaths, but that's honestly not so different than the summer you spent as a lifeguard in Myrtle Beach. Exculpation is widely known as one of the most dangerous and powerful packs in all of the Sabbat, and you'd tolerate a lot worse than the occasional spot of mass murder to keep that status. You may not be the most fanatical or blood-crazed in the pack, but you're definitely the most clear-sighted and the one who keeps their head on straight in a tight spot.
Even if they are a bit on the terrifying and unpredictable side, you like your packmates. [[E Spencer (Ductus)]] is great about keeping the violence pointed outward, which means standing beside them is a wonderfully safe position. You try to keep your packmates from letting their worst habits take over, but you'd cheerfully admit you fail at that far more often than you succeed.
## Character Secrets
You are a heretic.
You and your pack spent months hunting the Inquisitors of [[Reasonable Doubt]] so that you could kill them and devour their strength. When you finally found them in the aftermath of their battle with a massive infernal cult, you caused a minor landslide to block their exit. Alongside your pack of killers, you swept in and took out all of the Inquisitors. It was a brutal fight, which is frankly ridiculous given the number of cultists they'd just killed, but only to be expected with a pack like that. When the killing was done, you retreated into the hills to recover.
Not long after, you got wind of a massive gathering of Sabbat vampires coming to Megged's Hill. Seven packs, in total, were coming to investigate the same infernal ritual which brought Reasonable Doubt here in the first place. Most alarmingly, the same pack you and your friends murdered is apparently going to be in attendance. How the hell is Reasonable Doubt coming to investigate Megged's Hill when they died a couple weeks ago in that very town? You wore a disguise when you hit the Inquisitors, but you're not sure if... whatever this is will have been fooled by a disguise. If they come after the pack in general, it's not the end of the world. You like knowing where you fit, but it doesn't *have* to be in Exculpation.
You've chatted with [[E Cole]] of [[Chain of Custody]] once in a while over the years. You don't really get the whole "diplomat" thing, but Cole has invited you along as a hired thug once or twice and you had a great time. You suspect Cole wants to bring you on as long-term muscle, which isn't necessarily a terrible idea. It's pretty common for members of your pack to do that sort of work for a few years at a time, and it tends to come with lots of opportunities for eating folks. Plus, it's a nice, well-defined role and you excel at it. Still, you can't help but think Cole is looking for something a bit more long-term than your previous engagements.
## Character Goals
If there's anyone who'd be curious about Inquisitors coming back from the dead, it's [[M Parsons]] of [[Fruit of a Poison Tree]]. They're always ranting in private about how the true horrors of the world won't be held at bay by something as petty and fragile as the Inquisition, and you're pretty sure they've offed a few Knights and Judges themself. Maybe they'll help you investigate the Inquisitors, and maybe they'll even give you a place to hide out if your pack gets hit with a heresy charge.
