Pack: [[Reasonable Doubt]]
## Character Notes
The others of your pack carved their legends in blood, killing and drinking until there was nothing left to kill and their thirst was sated. You carved your legend in ash. Wherever your feet fall, holy fire spreads behind. You, famously, burned the city of Rudan to the ground when you discovered a cult of Baali had taken control of its palaces. You ensured your permanent place in the legends of the Sabbat by pinning a force of heretical Bahari, worshippers of Lilith, in a cave system and filling the entire thing with burning oil.
[[R Park (Ductus)]] and your packmates are the perfect companions to one who carries the light and heat of Truth. They strike at the darkness in their own ways, each bringing terror to those foolish enough to violate the laws and sacred truths of the Sabbat.
## Character Secrets
When you swore your soul to a demon, you kind of figured there'd be more perks in it. After a century of service, you'd still not seen any of the perks you'd been promised. No mansion full of mind-wiped servants, no empire of screaming victims, just a lot of hauling shit from one place to another and fetching rope.
It all got even worse when your demon went and got itself killed. You didn't even know demons could fucking die. What's the point of a demon if some Inquisitor can just squeeze its head until it pops? After that, you spent months as a prisoner, being dragged around in a box and only taken out for your frequent torture sessions. You don't know why the Inquisitors didn't kill you the way they did Belial, but after a few months you were starting to wish they had. Then, a miracle. Or well, the infernal equivalent of a miracle, anyway.
For reasons beyond your knowledge, the Inquisitors came to a small, abandoned mining town called Megged's Hill. They left you and the other prisoners in the care of some schmuck who worked for them, someone they'd been ordering around and generally treating like shit. You would have felt bad for the poor thing, but a little while after the Inquisitors left, that same put-upon vampire announced their plan had worked and every member of Reasonable Doubt was dead. Then they freed you and the other prisoners, and you were all about to be on your merry way.
Of course, that didn't quite work out. Before you could get clear of the moutains around Megged's Hill, you got wind that there were seven entire packs in the area, and they all expected to see Reasonable Doubt. If you all disappeared, people would figure out what happened and go looking for the missing prisoners. So, instead, you and the others decided to impersonate the Inquisitors until you could get away without drawing suspicion.
[[S Bell]] of [[Exculpation]] keeps looking at you. Do they know? How could they know? They don't know. Do they know? All you know about Exculpation is that they're famous for being absolute blood-psychopaths, real viking berserker shit. Now one of them is apparently looking for a chance to talk to you, and from what you're hearing, apparently the Inquisitor you're impersonating owes that same terrifying creature some kind of debt? This can't be good. You'll just have to play it carefully until you can figure out what Bell wants from you, and how to get out of paying it.
## Character Goals
You don't expect this fake pack to last, and so you've been looking into [[R Delgado]] of [[Habeas Corpus]]. Based on a few comments you heard from the Inquisitors who took you out of your box for the torture sessions, you're pretty sure Delgado is the single vampire most feared by the Inquisition. You have absolutely no idea why, but if the Inquisition hates and fears Delgado that much, you can't think of a better packmate to have. Maybe you can convince them to bring you in to Habeas Corpus?
