You don't get sick, you don't pay taxes, humans scramble around to do your bidding, it's simply the best. Even better, the older you get, the more powerful you become. When you were mortal, age brought pain and infirmity. Now, your power is limited only by your longevity, and you intend no limits to that. [[N Fox (Ductus)]] is ancient and powerful, and so you respect them as your leader. At the same time, you seek always to establish your own power base and build an empire answerable only to you. Your packmates are sometimes allies and sometimes adversaries, but they are the only individuals you recognize as peers. ## Character Secrets You are a Heretic. You believe in the primacy of Elders, and the need for the young and weak to submit to the old and powerful. The Sabbat was, of course, founded on the opposite notion, and is violently against allowing Elders to gain primacy. Fortunately, you and your packmates have found workarounds. True, the blood bond you use to control mortals is useless against members of the Sabbat, but you have other options. One of your favorites is having rebellious young vampires kidnapped and ripping out their fangs, letting them regrow, and repeating the process until the upstart has learned to respect their betters. Your little pecadillo of collecting the fangs of your vanquished foes has often borned surprising fruit over the years. Items from your collection have powered rituals, been used as sympathetic anchors, and in one notable case, had the Lord's prayer carved on them by monks with a remarkable sense of irony. Now, [[O Austin]] of [[Kangaroo]] has been heard asking about one of the crown jewels of your collection, the fang of an infernalist killed before the great flood, possibly the first vampire ever to swear to a demon. This would be a powerful boon, and it might even be the kind of thing which convinces them to join your House, if only in secret. ## Character Goals You are still looking to build your empire, and [[P Baldwin]] of [[No Contest]] is a perfect place to start. No Contest is infamously secretive, but tremendously powerful. If you could get an agent in that pack, you would have a greater power base than anyone save a Cardinal.
