Goals:
1. Participate in any [[Combat]] you can to show off your skill.
2. Identify and get to know the other Knights, figure out if they might be allies or enemies, and act accordingly.
3. Get better at something, anything, so long as you can tell you've improved.
You are Knight Hudson, the "Fastest Gun in the Galaxy." You have no idea whatsoever if that's true, but it's a hell of a title and no one's proven it wrong yet. While other militants are responsible for protecting [[Guthrie Hall]] from threats, you are responsible for *being* a threat. Whenever the Hall is threatened by outside factors, or by infiltration, it's your clear eye and steady hand which resolve that threat. You don't always use a gun, and only rarely a slug-thrower, but you certainly have spent a significant portion of your almost forty thousand years mastering their use. Brand is brand, after all.
There is more to you, though, than a lone ranger. In truth, the whole "rugged individualist" vibe is mostly an accident. It's true that you spent centuries mastering the use of every kind of ranged weapon platform, but it's also true that you spent almost twice as long mastering the art of zero-gravity bonsai. You're not actually obsessed with war, you're obsessed with self-improvement. The sense of getting better at a skill fills you with peace and joy like nothing else in the galaxy. If that thing happens to be disassembling enemies by hand? Well, everybody needs a paycheck.
You've come to the [[Council of Chains]] because you've heard there will be nine other Holdings represented, some of the greatest powers in the entire galaxy, if you believe the rumors. Even if that isn't the case, you're sure that this event will provide opportunities to learn something new. According to [[The Unsung Song]], the mysterious Wend who apparently passes intelligence to your Governor and a few others in the Holding, there's some kind of magic temple, or something magic inside the temple, or something like that. You don't know the details, but surely there will be new things to learn.
## Asset: [[Cohen's Legacy]]
Those who stand against you do not stand for long, or ever again. You can participate in Local [[Combat]] Scenarios without aid. In any Combat scenario where you participate (even with aid), your side adds two to its advantage total for each enemy without either the [[Cohen's Legacy]] or [[Close Quarters Chaos]] Assets. If no enemy has either Asset, your side automatically wins.
## Lien: [[Raze the Sun]]
What's the point of fighting when you never lose? There are many powers in the galaxy which are beneath you, and many which are beyond you, but surprisingly few which are a decent fight with a chance for learning and growth. Whether it's alone or as part of a group, you are obsessed with finding and challenging someone (or something) to a worthwhile fight. If you ever have to refuse a challenge, you become despondent and irritable.
