Goals:
1. Gather and spread information about all of the other Holdings present.
2. Collect new inspiration to use in the Dream.
3. Discover everything you can about the Wend, the temple, and the Celestial Empress.
You are Spy Cremona, the "Fact Collector." You, unlike many in you field, never set out to be a spy. Even now you don't really think of yourself as one. No, you're simply curious. Or, more accurately, you're *insatiably* curious. You don't mean to go through peoples' correspondence, and you don't even really care about the contents *per se*, but not knowing drives you to distraction. That deep-seated need has made you wildly successful as a spy, though it hasn't necessary been great for your personal relationships. Still, you know what they say; better a friendless spy than a spyless Holding. They say that, right?
There is more to you, though, than a letter opener and radical anti-privacy activist. There are plenty of curious spies in the galaxy, after all. The thing that makes you different is, of course, the Dream. When you learn something new, whether a fact of the universe or a fact of some stranger's life, that thing gets added to your Dream. Rather than the thin, lifeless thing so many Karizmians imagine, your Dream is full of surprises, mysteries, life. Yes, the fact that much of your inspiration comes from data gathered while working means that you've essentially crafted a universe of cork board and red string, but you've made your peace with that.
You've come to the [[Council of Chains]] because [[Kari Who Spun the Dream]] is missing, and their notes suggest they were investigating this temple. While your Governor hunts for your missing patron, you're far more interested in learning more about them and their entire ecosystem. Like many Dreamers, you're woefully ignorant as to the workings at the highest levels of galactic power, unlike many Dreamers, it's both your passion and your prerogative to correct that ignorance. Hopefully you'll be able to use this opportunity, and perhaps even the contents of the temple, to do so.
## Asset: [[Observe and Report]]
You've spent long hours learning to home in on key points while ignoring extraneous data, then distilling your findings in a few terse, encrypted sentences. Any time you talk to a character for longer than a few minutes, you can ask them one of: their Asset, their Lien, or the number and types of Resources they possess and they must tell the truth. You may use this once per hour per character.
## Lien: [[Lying for a Living]]
The problem with being a professional fabulist is you can't unsee how gullible your loved ones are. You're constantly teaching people that discernment is a core competency. Whenever you make an assertion, you must point out you shouldn't be trusted, or attempt to seem as suspicious as possible. If someone believes you without proof, you regard this as a terrible failure on their part and try to teach them better.
