Goals:
1. Participate in a martial engagement, either on behalf of [[Maw Station]] or as a mercenary.
2. Deliver a grand pre-battle speech or lead a mid-battle chant.
3. Convince people of other Holdings that worship of the [[Leviathan's Corpse]] is rational.
You are Harbinger Eheca, the "Herald of Silence." For nearly six thousand years, yours has been the last voice an enemy hears before the People of Maw Station descend upon them and they hear nothing, forever. Whether a lilting lullaby or a scream of triumph, the Station's raiding parties recognize your voice as clarion and klaxon. You love them, and they love you, even as they die to the sound of your voice, for they know that to die in this way is to join the song, and to live again whenever and so long as it is sung. You taught them that, and it was the best thing you've ever done.
There is more to you, though, than the mob given voice. You weren't born on Maw Station, nor were you captured or otherwise brought on by force. Like [[Hierophant]] before you, you made the choice to worship the Leviathan in the cold light of day, and sought the station out in your youth. It isn't that you especially like worshiping a half-dead god of war from a forgotten eon, but you want nothing more than to go to war against the [[Celestial Empire]] and bring an end to its frozen evil forever, and for that purpose, the Leviathan's Corpse is the only game in town.
You've come to the [[Council of Chains]] because the Admiral gave you and the other militants free rein to play mercenary for the duration of the event. As much as you love being the voice of raiding parties, it has gotten a bit monotonous. You're looking forward to the opportunity to take part in some other kind of fight, even if only just for once. As well, you're looking for the opportunity to convince others that just because *some* Cultists practice human sacrifice doesn't mean you should *all* be written off.
## Asset: [[Sing We of Rage]]
Yours are not the simple "left-right-left" cadences of drilling troops, nor the sweeping and self-loving arias of a military band, no. When you raise your voice, people die. Whenever someone listens to you sing, chant, or give a speech, they gain one advantage for use in their next [[Combat]]. If the character is a martial officer (Auxiliary, Harbinger, Operator, Knight, or Engineer), they gain two.
## Lien: [[Sing We of Ruin]]
The power to stir emotions is a terrible thing. When your voice brings millions of people to wroth and wakes the fury of a thousand generations, it can become hard to change the subject. Whenever you have a conversation about something other than war, you steadily grow more and more uncomfortable. After five minutes without discussion of violence in some form, you feel compelled to steer the conversation that direction. After ten, you walk away.
