## Players in Spectacle games have the right to 1. Engage in a game that actively excludes individuals promoting hateful ideologies, such as Nazism, Trans-Exclusionary Radical Feminism (TERF), or any other individuals who endanger their well-being and safety. 2. Participate in a gaming environment that fosters respect for their gender, sex, race, sexual orientation, and other aspects of identity, while allowing for meaningful exploration of diverse perspectives through different characters and storylines. 3. Fully participate in the game experience without being impeded by burdensome financial or time commitments. 4. Make choices within the game which hold significance and contribute to the overall game experience. 5. Fair and transparent treatment by the gaming organization, including effective mechanisms for addressing grievances and concerns. ## Facilitators in Spectacle have the right to 1. Carry out their facilitation role without being subjected to harassment, abuse, or any form of unwarranted mistreatment. 2. Enforce rules and guidelines that prohibit the inclusion of certain concepts or content that may be deemed harmful, offensive, or inappropriate within the game environment. 3. Have uninterrupted periods of rest, giving them the necessary time away from game to allow them to effectively perform their duties and responsibilities. 4. Receive support and resources from the gaming organization to effectively manage and moderate the game environment. 5. Recognition for their work and opportunities for growth and development within their facilitator role.
